The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rugged Printer found a gap and took the lead. Nez Busque followed before Punching Folder. King Cobra was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Nez Busque, Brave Gold, Punching Folder, Let´s Dance, Rugged Printer, Indra Pine, Superstitious Satisfaction, Holy Lemonade.




Brave Gold sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Rugged Printer looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Punching Folder took the lead.



Punching Folder kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Anders Christiansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Indra Pine started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Rugged Printer never caught up with Punching Folder who won. Nez Busque came third.
