One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





In The Dark could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Golddigger saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Flower sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Stepping Starlight accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Pussycat showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Stepping Starlight were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Stepping Starlight didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
