Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Bollnäs track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Shawnee Shay. Starshine Wave ended up behind the leader. Chocolate Chip got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jörgen Westholm wanted a little to much in the start and Shawnee Shay galoped for 30 m. Jan-Olof Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Stepping Thought galoped for 10 m. Wants To Rock was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Embellie who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Chocolate Chip clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Wants To Rock was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Thrillseeker gallopped for 50 m.




Chocolate Chip kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Chocolate Chip kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Chocolate Chip didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
