The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whirlwind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Awesome Big One sprinted to the front.




Whirlwind took the lead after 1000m. Awesome Big One didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Red Dead galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Whirlwind was still in the lead after 1500m.



Red Dead suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Take A Chance never caught up with Red Dead who won. Whirlwind came third.
