The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lahti this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Running On Clouds sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Harri Koivunen wanted a little to much in the start and Running Ruby galoped for 50 m. Image Du Jour suddenly started to galop. Juha Länsimäki had to struggle to get Image Du Jour to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Guardian Of Asgaard took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Guardian Of Asgaard today. It continued in the lead.



Mad Maid was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Image Du Jour suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Mad Maid galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Meteo won. Ten Of Clubs came in second. Image Du Jour caught third place.
