Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Sodankylä track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

The Boss took the lead after a very quick start.

Sudden Witch quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Ximba De Suite took the lead rather easily. Sudden Witch galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

The Boss accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

With only a little left of the race Ximba De Suite galoped for 40 m. The Boss were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

I Won´t Relent sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
