One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Rangoon. Happy Diary ended up behind the leader. Growling Jaguar got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Growling Jaguar, Arrived Today, Prince Lightning, Lovende Sterne, Listening Bandwith, Lieutenant Mountain, Champion Of Gold, Happy Diary. Swedish Emerald started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Lieutenant Mountain took the lead after 1000m. Listening Bandwith didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Lovende Sterne suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Lieutenant Mountain was still in the lead after 1500m.




Lieutenant Mountain kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Lieutenant Mountain kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Growling Jaguar galoped way to long and was disqualified.




No-one could catch Lieutenant Mountain today who won before Champion Of Gold and Happy Diary.
