The sun was shining on Solvalla and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Relaxing Sword took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Barcelona Sun, Wheel Of Fortune, Focused Rocker, Ont De Paradis, Pampas, Samostalen Lepota, Golden Sculpture, Excellent Boy.




The leader got disturbed by something and Ont De Paradis took the lead rather easily.




Pampas saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Pampas didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Wheel Of Fortune galoped for 40 m. Pampas kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jörgen Sjunnesson tried a little too much on the homestretch and District Attorney started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Ont De Paradis won the race after a spectacular finish.
