It had been raining for several days at Lahti but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Claudette found a gap and took the lead. Heavy Asteroid followed before Franco Solo.




Sergeant Wolf quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Tambourine Man sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Tambourine Man galoped for 10 m. Tambourine Man sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.






Winner of todays race was Tambourine Man. Hope Set High came in second. Claudette became third.
