The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Boomtown Fawlty took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Jukka-Pekka Kauhanen wanted a little to much in the start and Big Roy galoped for 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Spring Flower, Twilight Zone, Shining Sunshine, Steel Angel, Knockout Wood, Colman Marty, Boomtown Fawlty, Prospectus. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Twilight Zone took the lead after 1000m. Steel Angel didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Steel Angel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Steel Angel didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Colman Marty galloped for 60m and was disqualified. With only a little left of the race Spring Flower galoped for 20 m. Steel Angel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Veli-Erkki Paavola tried a little too much on the homestretch and Close Mountain started to galopp and lost 20 m. Spring Flower was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Boomtown Fawlty won the race after a spectacular finish.
