One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Coffee House sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Donatello showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Coffee House was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Beautiful Flower looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hard Star couldn't come out from behind the leader, Coffee House.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Coffee House today. It continued in the lead.

Coffee House kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Jean Pierre gallopped 20 m after 2000m. Stunning Maid galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Coffee House were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Beautiful Flower kept the speed the whole finish and won before Coffee House and Jean Pierre.
