One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Curly Summer. Sticky Thistle ended up behind the leader. Moonlight Feeling got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Curly Summer started to galop and lost 20 m.




Moonlight Feeling was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 30 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Moonlight Feeling was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Moonlight Feeling clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

In The Air didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
