The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Leangen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Famous Twister. Lord Tristan ended up behind the leader. Derby Star got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Wandering Daffodil started to galop and lost 10 m.




Flickering Maid saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. Dead Mountain was disturbed and galoped 0 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Derby Star took the lead rather easily.




Derby Star was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Magnon galoped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Magnon galoped for 50 m. Lord Tristan was first on the homestretch followed by Famous Twister and Oiseau De Corion.

Magnon galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Magnon galop. Magnon lost 30 m. Magnon galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Final standings. 1 Famous Twister, 2 Oiseau De Corion, 3 Lord Tristan.
