The sun was shining on Dannero today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Base Election could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Base Election suddenly started to galop. Daniel Wäjersten had to struggle to get Base Election to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Hot Like Her quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Rugged Thinking sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Hot Like Her looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Independent Red Planet galoped for 40 m. Rugged Thinking litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Base Election made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Claudette.
