The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Spirito Di Amore could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Rip Van Winkle was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Dancing Daffodil saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Beauty Spot started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Spirito Di Amore sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Spirito Di Amore was still in the lead after 1500m.



Rip Van Winkle was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Spirito Di Amore looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Rip Van Winkle showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Whispering Daffodil sprinted over the finishline before Fair Starshine and Dancing Daffodil.
