One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Insane Starshine found a gap and took the lead. Running Boulder followed before Fighting Power. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. driver couldn't keep The Question to trotting so they were disqualified.

Hard To Catch quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Front Runner who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Hard To Catch was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Running Boulder accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Running Boulder kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Fighting Power gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Icône galloped way to long and was disqualified.

With only a little left of the race Icône galoped for 20 m. Running Boulder were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Final standings. 1 Insane Starshine, 2 Climbing Asteroid, 3 Running Boulder.
