The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sir Patrick sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 20 m. Little Lemonade suddenly started to galop. Lars Lindberg had to struggle to get Little Lemonade to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Jerns Sunlight, Falling Diamond, Invisible Sound, Mystérieux, Wondering Darkness, Sir Patrick, Little Lemonade, Moonlight Whirlwind.

Falling Diamond sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Falling Diamond today. It continued in the lead. Jerns Sunlight galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Falling Diamond kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Moonlight Whirlwind was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.

With only a little left of the race Moonlight Whirlwind galoped for 30 m. Sir Patrick was first on the homestretch followed by Falling Diamond and Mystérieux.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Light Galaxy galop. Light Galaxy lost 20 m. Moonlight Whirlwind was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.

Sir Patrick kept the speed the whole finish and won before Falling Diamond and Invisible Sound.
