The weather had been good all week and Bollnäs was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Auckland Harvester took the lead after a very quick start. Flickering Sky was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

Draw Like Heaven saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Auckland Harvester looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Guard Of Paris couldn't come out from behind the leader, Draw Like Heaven.

Guard Of Paris looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Guard Of Paris kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Trollhammaren was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Draw Like Heaven was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

Scotland Yard won the race after a spectacular finish.
