The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Esset. Moonlight Ruby ended up behind the leader. Breaking Wind got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Whispering Maid suddenly started to galop. Olle Elfstrand had to struggle to get Whispering Maid to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Moonlight Ruby, Esset, Colombine Améthyste, Ghostly Flower, Windy Top, Breaking Wind, Big Mama, Victorious Victoria. Whispering Maid was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Windy Top looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Colombine Améthyste couldn't come out from behind the leader, Moonlight Ruby.




Breaking Wind accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Breaking Wind kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Breaking Wind looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Breaking Wind today who won before Windy Top and Colombine Améthyste.
