One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Achtung Baby could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Trembling Sun started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Figure Of Speech, Criminal Deal, Achtung Baby, Quick Poll, Trembling Sun, , , . Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Achtung Baby took the lead rather easily.




Trembling Sun accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Achtung Baby galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Trembling Sun kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Achtung Baby was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Trembling Sun sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Achtung Baby galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Criminal Deal won the race after a spectacular finish.
