Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Platinum Crusher took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Indochine, Growing Strategy, Tvivel, Yzerman, Platinum Crusher, Syn I Aktionen, Somekindofmonster, Trembling Red. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Yzerman sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Yzerman today. It continued in the lead. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Yzerman kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Platinum Crusher galoped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race Somekindofmonster galoped for 40 m. Yzerman sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Yzerman kept the speed the whole finish and won before Syn I Aktionen and Tvivel.
