The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Hoting this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Calming Cruiser found a gap and took the lead. Skinless followed before Tripping Thinker.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Tripping Thinker looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Skinless couldn't come out from behind the leader, Notre-dame De Paris. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Calming Cruiser galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tripping Thinker followed by Punching Box and Notre-dame De Paris. Lane two Skinless followed by Less Is More and Calming Cruiser. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Tripping Thinker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Tripping Thinker never caught up with Skinless who won. Notre-dame De Paris came third.
