The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Heavenly Starlight could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Calypso started to galop and lost 40 m.




Troubling Moon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Calypso was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Whispering Thought sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. driver couldn't keep Troubling Moon to trotting so they were disqualified. driver couldn't keep Breaking Maid to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Whispering Thought followed by Rolling Thought and Indochine. Lane two Heavenly Starlight followed by Tempting Starlight and Calypso.



Whispering Thought sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Whispering Thought. Heavenly Starlight came in second. Rolling Thought became third.
