Only a humble breeze blew over Åmål this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Surprise could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Fighting Blast, Silverarrow, Pansy Flower, Les Équitable Choix, Whatever Flower, Shining Bouquet, Sneaky Momentum, Way To Money. A bird flew just in front of Thunder who started to galop and lost 50 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Les Équitable Choix took the lead rather easily. Shining Bouquet galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Whatever Flower looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Way To Money litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Fighting Blast galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Golden Surprise made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Station Wagon.
