The weather had been good all week and Lahti was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Thinking sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 20 m.




Passionated saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m.




After Me Always sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

L'Étoile Mystérieuse galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and L'Étoile Mystérieuse started to galopp and lost 0 m.




Sliding Thinking sprinted over the finishline before After Me Always and Screaming Elk.
