One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carpe Diem sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 50 m. Keep The Beat was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Just A Boy saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Crossing Sunflower took the lead rather easily. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Homewrecker galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Lone Mustache galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Keep The Beat galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Carpe Diem sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
