Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





My Monyshaker took the lead after a very quick start.




Engel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. driver couldn't keep Sunny Afternoon to trotting so they were disqualified.




Whispering Closet looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rimanga Silenzio couldn't come out from behind the leader, Engel. Sunbeam Clover galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Carifosta was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Engel was still in the lead after 1500m.



My Monyshaker was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Whispering Closet suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Jörgen Sjunnesson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Brave Queen started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Winner of todays race was Whispering Closet. White Jacket came in second. Engel became third.
