One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Grab A Bite could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Pistol Star Cherry, Grab A Bite, Moonlight Sunflower, Break Away, Perle Montaval, Wondering Moonlight, The Transformer, Sergeant Boss. Pistol Star Cherry was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Light Sniper was disturbed and galoped 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Whispering Moment who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Perle Montaval took the lead after 1000m. Pistol Star Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Grab A Bite was disturbed and galoped 50 m.



Sergeant Boss took the lead after 1000m. Pistol Star Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






The Transformer won the race after a spectacular finish.
