Smiling Spring looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hippolyte couldn't come out from behind the leader, Modest Thought.




Modest Thought was still in the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Modest Thought were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Hippolyte never caught up with Modest Thought who won. Smiling Spring came third.
