Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Biri track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Nogardo. Playing Twister ended up behind the leader. In Trance got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Close Architecture, Aftenlys, Playing Twister, Mr Brownstone, Egohead Deluxe, Breaking Fall, In Trance, Nogardo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Close Architecture was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Close Architecture followed by Aftenlys and Playing Twister. Lane two In Trance followed by Nogardo and Mr Brownstone. Unknown galloped for 10 m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Close Architecture kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Simb Karen galoped for 40 m. Aftenlys was first on the homestretch followed by Close Architecture and Nogardo.

Close Architecture won the race after a spectacular finish.
