The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Étendue Pour Amour could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Jon Walter Pedersen wanted a little to much in the start and General Mountain galoped for 40 m. Viking Hagen suddenly started to galop. Peter Untersteiner had to struggle to get Viking Hagen to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Étendue Pour Amour clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Étendue Pour Amour was still in the lead after 1500m.

Étendue Pour Amour sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Pumping Adrenaline galop. Pumping Adrenaline lost 20 m.

Étendue Pour Amour didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
