The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åmål this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen News could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Haaveilla Ihanuus was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Frozen News was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Frozen News was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frozen News followed by Wave Rider and Haaveilla Ihanuus. Lane two Dancing Breeze followed by Frozen Tropic and Avril Amie.



Frozen News sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Wave Rider sprinted over the finishline before Dancing Breeze and Frozen News.
