One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Phantasy found a gap and took the lead. Postcard From Ottawa followed before Bianco Colomba.




Postcard From Ottawa saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Cosmic Beauty showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Tripping Nova who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Fast Phantasy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Minou couldn't come out from behind the leader, Postcard From Ottawa. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Fast Phantasy saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Whispering Giggle galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Fast Phantasy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Fast Phantasy didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
