The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Eskilstuna today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flower Gold could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Réclamant Le Trophée followed by Flower Gold and Max Hero. Lane two King Giant followed by Certaines Limites and Cam Neely.




King Giant didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Cam Neely was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



King Giant were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Flower Gold. King Giant came in second. Max Hero became third.
