The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Ginger Man took the lead after a very quick start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Intelligent Steel started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Diamond Star sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Diamond Star was still in the lead after 1500m.




Diamond Star didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Super Value galoped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Shooting Bear galoped for 40 m. Diamond Star looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Diamond Star was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Super Value sprinted over the finishline before Headhunter and Ginger Man.
