One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Top Deluxe took the lead after a very quick start.

Holy Maid saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Holy Maid followed by Top Deluxe and Admiral Stone. Lane two Light Bomb followed by Arbejde I Kunst and Isjmuratova.

With only a little left of the race Zadovoljitelj galoped for 30 m. Holy Maid sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Light Bomb to trotting so they were disqualified.

Final standings. 1 Isjmuratova, 2 Top Deluxe, 3 Holy Maid.
