The weather had been good all week and Tornio was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Piece took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Darth Maul started to galop and lost 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and White Trash sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Charlie Boy who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Funky Cookie took the lead after 1000m. White Trash didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



With only a little left of the race Dead Stereo galoped for 20 m. Eloi took the lead after 1000m. Leaving Sydney didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

driver couldn't keep Dead Stereo to trotting so they were disqualified.




Leaving Sydney sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
