One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Armor sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Jolly Diary was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Silver Arrow saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Jolly Diary took the lead after 1000m. Silver Arrow didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Polished Work galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Shining Armor saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Jolly Diary started to gallop after 1500m and Claes Sjöström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Silver Shogun speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Silver Arrow won the race after a spectacular finish.
