The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hard To Catch. Happy Pearl ended up behind the leader. Volga got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Hard To Catch was in fine shape and held the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Modest Sunshine showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Hard To Catch followed by Tripping Heat and Happy Pearl. Lane two Volga followed by Sudden Necklace and Flamacue.

Hard To Catch kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Modest Sunshine galoped for 40 m. Hard To Catch were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Modest Sunshine galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Volga made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Hard To Catch.
