One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wonder Star sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Hans Crebas wanted a little to much in the start and Stifling Amazon galoped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Quick Vote was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wonder Star followed by Exclusive Hi-Hat and Moving Moment. Lane two Quick Vote followed by Stifling Amazon and Montpellier Priest.




Wonder Star was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Exclusive Hi-Hat galoped for 30 m. Wonder Star were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Stifling Amazon didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
