The sun was shining on Eskilstuna today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stretching Diary took the lead after a very quick start.

Brave Sun quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Stretching Diary looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Ville Voittaja couldn't come out from behind the leader, Brave Sun.

Ville Voittaja saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Unknown galloped for 10 m. Stretching Diary galloped for 30 m.

Ville Voittaja kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Beauty Saint was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Ghostly Feeling galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Winner of todays race was Ville Voittaja. Stretching Diary came in second. Joventut became third.
