The sun was shining on Eskilstuna today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Parler Autour took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Starstruck Moment, Glowing Princess, Wandering Wave, Pretty Diamond, L'Étoile Mystérieuse, Primo Victoria, Parler Autour, Morning Whisper.




The leader got disturbed by something and Glowing Princess took the lead rather easily. Pretty Diamond suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Glowing Princess was still in the lead after 1500m.




Glowing Princess didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Primo Victoria galoped for 10 m. Glowing Princess looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Parler Autour showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Primo Victoria galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Wandering Wave sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
