It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lynx took the lead after a very quick start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Falling Brightness sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Falling Brightness followed by Lynx and Wandering Moon. Lane two Sad Madness followed by Cha Cha Boom and Running Meadow. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 20 m.



With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 30 m. Falling Brightness kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Running Meadow galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Final standings. 1 Sad Madness, 2 Falling Brightness, 3 Lynx.
