The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Corton took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Corton started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Growing Work sprinted to the front.




Briano looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Embellie couldn't come out from behind the leader, Growing Work. Gyllene galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Briano looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Powerful Bandwith gallopped for 10 m.




Briano sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Briano were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Briano kept the speed the whole finish and won before Corton and Embellie.
