Protection Angel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Honourable Cruiser looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Glowing Whirlwind started to gallop after 1500m and Jan-Olof Johansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Protection Angel suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Gorgeous Cake galop. Gorgeous Cake lost 40 m. Gorgeous Cake was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Gorgeous Cake galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Honourable Cruiser sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
