One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Er Vahr Ruhig could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Turning Starshine, Johnny Hotpants, Wandering Daffodil, Nouveau Triomphe, Er Vahr Ruhig, Holon´s Magneton, Crazy In Love, Strong Wind. Running Princess was disturbed and galoped 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Strong Wind who started to galop and lost 30 m. Famous Rocket was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Nouveau Triomphe sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Johnny Hotpants accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 10 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 10 m.




Johnny Hotpants kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Johnny Hotpants sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Johnny Hotpants didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
