It had been raining for several days at Mikkeli but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tempting Sugar could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 20 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m.




Light The Sky saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Light The Sky clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Rapide galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Light The Sky today. It continued in the lead.



Glowing Wind was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Light The Sky were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Glowing Wind galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Spring Flower sprinted over the finishline before Periphere and Tempting Sugar.
