The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Oviken today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Little Hibiscus could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Big Black Beautiful quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Nattinuffssan Dynamite looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Påarps Gunnel couldn't come out from behind the leader, Big Black Beautiful.

Påarps Gunnel won the race after a spectacular finish.
