It had been raining for several days at Mantorp but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Climbing Technology took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Polished Runner started to galop and lost 40 m.

Mimising saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Old Runner was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Climbing Technology took the lead after 1000m. Dancing Sun didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Jewel Madame was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Climbing Technology followed by Big Thrill and Polished Runner. Lane two Dancing Sun followed by Old Runner and Kick Shot. Mimising galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Climbing Technology were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Mimising was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.

Final standings. 1 Dancing Sun, 2 Climbing Technology, 3 Big Thrill.
