One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Already In Progress could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Sgt Pepper quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Sonnys Celebration took the lead rather easily. Prince Of Speed was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Endless Pride galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Sonnys Celebration was still in the lead after 1500m. Prince Of Speed galloped for 10 m.

Sonnys Celebration didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Sonnys Celebration looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Caesar Cerf sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
